2. Henry Newton² Quiner (William¹) was born 1807. Henry died 1844 at 37 years of age.

He married Charlotte Wallis Tucker in New Haven Co., CT, 2 Apr 1831. Charlotte was born 25 May 1809. Charlotte died 1884 at 75 years of age.

Henry Newton Quiner and Charlotte Wallis Tucker had the following children:

3 i. Martha Morse³ Quiner was born 1832. Martha died 1836 at 4 years of age.

4 ii. Joseph Carpenter Quiner was born 1834. Joseph died 28 Apr 1862 at 27 years of age. He married Nancy Frank 1856.

5 iii. Henry Odin Quiner was born 1835. Henry died 1880 at 45 years of age. He married Polly Melona Ingalls 1859. Polly was born 1840. Polly was the daughter of Lansford Whiting Ingalls and Laura Louise Colby. Polly died 1886 at 46 years of age.

6 iv. Martha Jane Quiner was born 1837. Martha died 1927 at 90 years of age. She married Charles Carr Carpenter 1860.

7 v. Caroline Lake Quiner was born in Milwaukee Co., WI 12 Dec 1839. Caroline died 20 Apr 1923 in De Smet, Kingsbury, Dakota Territory, at 83 years of age. She married Charles Phillip Ingalls in Concord, Jefferson, WI, 1 Feb 1860. Charles was born in Cuba, Allegheny, NY 10 Jan 1836. Charles was the son of Lansford Whiting Ingalls and Laura Louise Colby. Charles died 8 Jun 1902 in De Smet, Kingsbury, Dakota Territory, at 66 years of age. (See Charles Phillip Ingalls for the continuation of this line.)

8 vi. Eliza Ann Quiner was born 1842. Eliza died 1931 at 89 years of age. She married Peter Riley Ingalls 1861. Peter was born 1833. Peter was the son of Lansford Whiting Ingalls and Laura Louise Colby. Peter died 1900 at 67 years of age.

9 vii. Thomas Lewis Quiner was born 1844. Thomas died 1903 at 59 years of age. He married Lillian Graham Hill abt 1864.
