He married Sarah Rowley in Barnstable Co., MA, 11 Apr 1646. Sarah was born in Plymouth, Plymouth, MA abt 1625. Sarah was the daughter of Henry Rowley and Ann Sarah Palmer. Sarah died Dec 1710 in Falmouth, Barnstable, MA, at 85 years of age.

Jonathan Hatch and Sarah Rowley had the following child:
