He married Ann Whitemore Braintree, Norfolk, MA, abt 1630. Ann was born in England 1612. Ann died 26 Sep 1641 Braintree, Norfolk, MA, at 29 years of age.

Samuel Allen and Ann Whitemore had the following child:
